Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Provider: Volkan Akbulut (sole proprietorship, Workigom) · info@workigom.com
These Terms govern your use of Workigom Flow, Workigom Ledger and the workigom.com website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by Volkan Akbulut, a sole proprietorship operating under the "Workigom" brand (the "Provider", "we"). Address: Zümrütevler Mah. Ertuğrul Gazi Cad. Fuaye Çarşı No: 10 İç Kapı No: 10, Maltepe / İstanbul, Türkiye. Tax office: Küçükyalı, tax number: 0170386686. Contact: info@workigom.com.
2. The Service
Workigom Flow is an AI-assisted platform for small businesses: WhatsApp and social media assistants, appointment calendars, accounting and document tools, and social media publishing. Workigom Ledger is a workspace for accountants. Features may change as the Service evolves.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you register.
4. Free trial
A 7-day free trial is available by application. The trial starts when the application is approved. No payment is required for the trial. When the trial ends, access to the product is locked until you subscribe; your data is kept so you can continue after subscribing.
5. Plans, prices and billing
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in Turkish lira for customers in Türkiye and in US dollars elsewhere. Taxes (VAT or equivalent) are added or included where required.
Unless you cancel your subscription, it is renewed again when the period ends. You can cancel at any time from the Profile page of the app ("End subscription"). If a renewal payment fails, your access continues for a grace period of 3 days; if the payment is still not received, the account is locked until payment is made.
We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice; the change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
6. Payment providers and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by third-party providers. For orders from outside Türkiye, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acts as the Merchant of Record: Paddle is the seller of record, handles payment, invoicing, sales taxes and refunds for those orders, and its terms also apply to the purchase. For orders in Türkiye, payments are processed by PayTR. We do not store your card details.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, unless a refund applies. The refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy (/refund), which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity; send spam or unsolicited messages; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or use it in breach of the rules of connected platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and others). You are responsible for having the right to contact the customers you message and to publish the content you share.
9. Your data and AI-generated content
You keep ownership of your data and content. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide the Service. AI-generated replies, captions and summaries can contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing them and for how you use them. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (/privacy).
10. Third-party services
The Service connects to third-party platforms and AI providers. Their availability, policies and limits are outside our control, and we are not liable for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by them.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and trademarks belong to the Provider. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
12. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email at info@workigom.com.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service or others at risk, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination you can request an export of your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
14. Warranty disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory consumer rights.
15. Indemnity
If you are a business customer, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your messages to your own customers.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolian) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their place of residence, or to the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the product or by email in advance; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.
